The Human Side of Leadership
This is where I think out loud, in my Substack articles and on The Human Side of Leadership podcast series. Both focus on leadership, learning, and the very human work of building something real. My goal is to connect learning to corporate Canada in a way everyone benefits from, the instructional designers building it, the leaders delivering it, and the people receiving it, because learning isn't something to mass produce. It's a journey, and it should feel personal. I'm building Bridlewood in real time, leaning into this adventure, attempting to fail forward, still learning, still figuring things out.
