Paula Manolakakis
Hello, my name is Paula Manolakakis, and I am passionate about developing and supporting learning solutions that help companies striving to grow and support their teams in building quality and creating memorable customer experiences. With 30 years of experience in professional development and change management across the retail, banking, restaurant, and non-profit sectors, I bring extensive expertise in building high-performing teams, onboarding, leadership development, multigenerational and multicultural learning strategies.
Throughout my career, I have led numerous impactful projects focused on developing, retaining, motivating, advancing leaders and team members, while guiding cross-functional teams to successfully implement new products, processes, and systems.
